Research
The primary focus of our laboratory is directed towards:
1. Employing an integrated approach to understand the role of RNA binding proteins in regulating a wide-variety of cellular processes and diseases such as bacterial infections, cancer and neurological disorders.
2. Developing computational tools for analysing genome-wide deep sequencing data to investigate genomic aberrations, which will allow early diagnosis of diseases such as cancer and haematological malignancies.
